A Difference of Opinion

A thought from Kotzk:[1]

The Medrash (Bamidbar Rabba, 21) states that “just as their facial features are dissimilar, so too are their opinions diverse.”

Just as a person is capable of tolerating a person with different features than his own, so too must he accept a person with different opinions than his own.
